Bhd. previously known as Green Light Electrical Engineering was incorporated on 30th of May, 1999 under the Malaysia Registration of Business Act 1956.<br /><br />Green Light Electrical Engineering Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 7th of Jan, 2010 under the Malaysia Registration of Business Act 1956.<br /><br />The primary objects for which the Company established are:-<br /><br />

To acquire and to take over as a going concern the business of Electrical & Telecommunication contractor, maintenance and trading in all kind of electrical good hither to carried on at 1490, Jalan Nangka, Taman Semarak, 14000 Bukit Mertajam under the name of "Green Light Electrical Engineering Sdn. Bhd." and all the assets and liabilities of that firm.<br /><br />
